About your new role:
Our Auckland Branch (based at Auckland Airport) is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our Materials Handling Team; your key responsibility will be to assist in the repair and maintenance of our customer's equipment. Organisational skills are paramount in this role and you will understand the value of providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience in servicing and repairs of materials handling equipment, ground support equipment or equivalent transferable skills from a similar industry
- An automotive qualification or suitable experience
- Ability to provide technical support to customers
- Self-discipline for managing workload
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail on admin processing
